Team Members 團員介紹

李宗賢

來自於台北,目前就讀於台灣大學,主修國際企業,三年級學生,因為對國際發展有高度濃厚的興趣,曾經前往印度做志工、至史瓦濟蘭做研究,並廣泛瞭解國際發展相關的議題。在修習政治人類學時興起了前往南非開普敦做研究的動機,因而組織了這個團隊,希望更多的年輕人能夠到第三世界走走,瞭解截然不同的一群人,是如何艱苦的生活著。也希望藉此行與同伴、南非的學生、NGO、政府、企業界的領袖們學習,交流彼此的理念。

Lee Tsung-Hsien
Born in Taipei, Taiwan. Lee Tsung-Hsien (Asien) is currently a student of National Taiwan University, major in international business. He has strong interest in international development study. Before, he has been to India twice for volunteer services and Swaziland for rural development research, which inspire him to initiate ACTION group to encourage students to learn the development issues and communicate people from the developing countries.  He would like to grab this perfect opportunity to exchange the ideas with South African people and build up the strong friendship. n the future, he eyes on becoming a professional manager of international NGOs.







李怡蓉

畢業於東吳大學國貿系。是一個開朗、自律的女孩!她喜歡旅遊,愛看書。喜歡和人互動,也喜歡花一整個下午什麼也不做;靜靜第在街上觀察來往的人事物。有機會,多跟她聊聊,也許彼此都會有不同的收穫。


Grace is a student graduated from International Business department at Soochow University. She is full of life, and is fun to hang around with. You will have a great time talking and joking with her. She has traveled throughout the world and has great stories to tell. She is an a observer, self-diciplined and desire to bring the happiness to friends, that has make her as an open-minded angel as well.





朱玉琦

來自台灣大學財務金融系的她,始終對人文社會科學心懷嚮往。她心思恬淡,閒睱時喜歡看古典詩集,更喜歡假日和慈青一同做志工。大四時被台大經濟所的學術氣氛吸引,讓她愛上這以科學方法關懷社會現象的學科,目前她將眼光擴展至社會,期許成為擁有「溫暖的心、冷靜的腦」的經濟學者。

Yu-Chi Chu is graduated from National Taiwan University. Although her major is finance, her aspirations towards social science never change. She loves simple life and enjoys peaceful pace, reading Chinese poetry and being a volunteer with Tzuchi is her best interest during weekends. After graduated from finance department, she decides to devote her life making contributions to society and doing research related to social welfare. Her Journey to South Africa surely will help her gain insights into South Africa society and culture, and do research not only with scientific approach but with a real kind heart.




羅文瑾,目前就讀國立政治大學外交系,喜歡體驗和了解各種不同的文化,並深深享受箇中趣味。文瑾很感激有這次的南非計畫,可以和姜老師及身邊的夥伴一起到南非親身訪查和蒐集資料。文瑾希望透過這次的經驗學習如何在當地做研究,更重要的是和當地的學生、老師和政治界人士等請益和交流,了解當地的觀點。文瑾對南非在聯合國和非洲的角色特別有興趣,如衝突解決和發展的議題。



Wen-Chin Lo (Lucy) studies in the Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University. She embraces diverse cultures and seizes every moment of experiencing them. She is grateful to have this opportunity to visit South Africa, the rainbow nation, to feel the unique spirit, hoping to give her first try to conduct research by taking advantage of local resources. She looks forward to learning from her fellow members of different major backgrounds, ACTION project’s instructor Prof. Alex Chiang, and above all, knowledge and perspectives from the academia, government agencies and nongovernmental communities in South Africa. She is interested in South Africa’s role in the United Nations and Africa in terms of conflict resolutions and development.





江佩珊

來自於熱情港都高雄,目前就讀於政治大學歐語系德文組,大二生,雙主修國際貿易。樂觀、喜歡新挑戰,加上對國際事務的強烈興趣,近兩年參與不同的國際性活動。希望透由參與這次南非研究團隊,進一步培養敏銳的觀察力、深度分析力以及解決問題的能力,並多關注發展中國家的國際性議題。閒暇時喜歡旅遊、聽音樂、打籃球還有和好朋友們消磨快樂時光。


Pei-shan Chiang is a sophomore at National Cheng-chi University, majoring in German and international business. Her strong interest in international affairs has propelled her to participate in various international programs and extracurricular activities. She aims to further develop keen observation, indepth analysis and problem solving ability, especially in the ACTION project in South Africa. She also hopes to pay more attention to unignorable issues in developing countires. In her spare time, Pei-shan enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing basketball and hanging out with friends. 


胡念慈
國立政治大學外交學系/國貿系
身為一位雙主修國際貿易與外交的大四生,他對於國際貿易法與東亞區域經濟整合有濃厚的興趣,也因此曾經至經濟部經貿談判代表辦公室實習,也多次參與了國內外的國際模擬聯合國會議並討論經貿相關議題,他希望在研究計畫、參訪當地組織以後,針對南非在種族隔離時代後的公平貿易議題上,能夠更清楚的了解台灣與南非共同遇到的挑戰和困境。

Tony Hu is a senior student majoring in international relations and international business in National Chengchi University. With strong interests in international trade law and the regional integration in East Asia, he took internship in the Office of Trade Negotiation, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan and had seven Model United Nations experience both in Taiwan and abroad. The field of the research in this project that Tony would like to carry out is the fair trade issue in South Africa. He hopes to take the experience discovered in South Africa back to Taiwan and learning the common challenges both countries face as well as master the research method and interexchange with local South Africans.




邱馨慧
來自於溫暖的國立台灣大學社會工作學系,喜歡或短或長地在世界各地駐足,但最終還是最喜歡台灣這片寶島。喜歡人也喜歡書,喜歡大自然也喜歡誠品大樓。夢想是希望以社會企業的方式推動環境保護、幫助弱勢族群、推廣自然農法。

Hsinhui Chiu
Graduated from National Taiwan University, majoring in social work. For long or for short period, she savors every moment in foreign countries and cultures with keen desire to learn, to experience, and to taste. Having placed her footsteps in several countries, her favorite nation never changes; it will always be her lovely hometown, Taiwan. Social entrepreneur is her dream lifelong career. She wants to devote her whole life to helping disadvantaged people, promote organic farming. This journey to South Africa will definitely make her stronger, closer to make a better world.  


張筱隴
國立台灣大學經濟學研究所
其自大學階段接觸經濟學後,對於經濟學在社會科學的廣泛應用十分有興趣,特別是在分析經濟發展及教育制度之區塊。亦曾修習過“教育經濟學”課程,並針對我國大學學生對於多數選擇補習教育之決定因素進行分析。於此次活動中,希望能透過實地走訪當地觀察,得以更加了解南非教育政策對於消弭族群間甚或區域間經濟發展歧異之影響,進而反思台灣在原住民或少數弱勢團體之教育政策之執行成效。

Hsiao-Lung Chang is now majoring in economics in graduate school. Since he took the lesson in the economics in the period of university, he was very curious about the wild application of economics, especially in analyzing the relationship between economic development and educational policy. Also he used to take the courses of educational economics and made an analysis of the determinants of choosing whether took supplementary education of the senior students of university. With this project, he wishes to have more comprehensive knowledge about the South Africa’s education policy, which is focused on eliminating the difference of economic development, by the observation in the field work. Furthermore, it will be great that if he could make some reflection on the effectiveness of the education policy on aboriginal or disadvantage minority in Taiwan.
